At OZMA, we want you to love your purchase; if your items aren't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed garments within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging or a similar protective mailer and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
